Earn a degree while
gaining real-world experience.
Northeast Indiana FAME gives students the opportunity to earn while they learn. Participants work with regional manufacturers while pursuing an Ivy Tech associate degree, combining classroom education with real-world advanced manufacturing experience. For students who want both a college credential and a direct connection to the workforce, FAME brings education, experience, and employment preparation together.
Eligibility
Students are selected for an annual cohort and must meet the program and participating employer requirements. Eligibility for DACA recipients depends on the hiring policies of the sponsoring employer, so students should confirm requirements with the individual company involved.
