The McDonald’s HACER National Scholarship helps Hispanic and Latino high school seniors pursue higher education by providing awards ranging from thousands to potentially tens of thousands of dollars. Because awards can be substantial, students should consider it as part of a broader scholarship search rather than assuming national scholarships are out of reach.
Eligibility
Applicants must be high school seniors under age 21, have at least one Hispanic or Latino parent, and have at least a 2.8 GPA. The scholarship is open to U.S. residents, U.S. citizens, and DACA recipients.
