Positive Pathways

Our Positive Pathways Career Fair empowered Latino high school students to envision a brighter future through tailored career guidance and mentorship. The event featured inspiring sessions with Latino and Latina Champions, who shared their personal journeys from high school to professional success, fostering connection and ambition among students.

Participants engaged in interactive workshops identifying the soft skills most valued by employers and explored five unique career pathways, from college admissions and skilled trades to entrepreneurship. The day concluded with a dynamic information fair, where students had the opportunity to network with Pathway Champions representing various industries.
